About The Santonodai Relic

Opening hours:

Tuesday – Sunday    from April – September : 9:00 – 17:00

                                  from October – March   : 9:00 – 16:00

Closed: Mondays (except National Holidays) and New Year (December 28 – January 4)

Admission: Free

Parking: Space for 5 cars. No access for large buses or coaches.

Access

Subway:

25 min. walk from south exit (2-3), Maita Station on the Yokohama Municipal line.

25 min. walk from south exit (1), Gumyoji Station on the Yokohama Municipal line.

Bus:

Take bus no. 219 from Gumyoji subway station. Get off at Santonodai-Iriguchi and walk for 5 minutes.

2. Middle Yayoi period (Miyanodai era)
3. Late Kofun period (Onitakasiki era)

About the display of relics

Most of the groundwork of the many dwellings discovered has been filled in or covered over, but for those that the shape and size of the area can still be seen, artificial wood has been used to show the outline of the dwellings.
